Exhausting Shoulder Superset | Shoulders Workout

Join Alpha in a shoulder workout! It's one of his favorite shoulder supersets. Aaron Marino of alpha m. says you need dumbbells that you can manage between 10 to 12 times. You can also use plates, which Alpha discusses and demonstrates. Perform the superset three times as follows:
  1. Seated dumbbell shoulder presses - 10 to 12 reps. He gives his POP secret which involves kicking with your knee and lifting with your arm. Let your knee get your dumbbell into position.
  2. Standing side to front raises -  10 reps
  3. Side raises - 10 reps
