1. 100 squats every day for 30-days — break that 90 degree angle and make sure to pop at the top.

2. Walk on an incline — and don’t hold on. You can also try the Stairmaster.

3. Too much junk in the trunk? — do the lunges and squats but not deep or weighted. Also build the cardio and reduce body fat.
