Our body needs salt and can’t operate without it. If you don’t have enough, you could be in a world of hurt. Alpha exercises and, thus, sweats a lot. He went into muscle spasms in his back.

Aaron Marino of alpha m. said that after two weeks of back muscle spasms, his mother recommended getting enough salt. His sodium levels were depleted and caused the spasms. Don’t be scared of salt. You need it.
