Keep in mind that there’s not much we can do in order to change the hand that Mother Nature dealt us in terms of Big Al’s stature. BUT there are some healthy habits that we can implement daily to help Big Al become as awesome and as strong as a bull as humanly possible.

Routines for a more ROBUST Big Al

  1. Always use it — without being aggressive, routinely pump it up.
  2. Cut out nicotine and reduce alcohol consumption — it’s all about blood flow, which nicotine causes vasoconstriction and reduces the effectiveness of nitric oxide. Alcohol causes Big Al to fall asleep (so to speak) and reduces blood flow.
  3. Eat healthier — saturated fats promote plaque in blood vessels and reduce blood flow; whereas healthy foods provide vitamins and micronutrients.
  4. Take your vitamins — which will help you all over and with Big Al specifically. A high quality multi-vitamin helps with nutritional balance and filling the nutritional gaps.
  5. Exercise — a direct correlation exists between breaking a sweat and Big Al being awesome. However, be aware the bicycle seats can cause problems so you need to protect yourself with a pad for your seat or spandex bike pants.
  6. Reduce stress levels — stress can cause arousal challenges as well as high cortisol (stress hormone) can cause retention of body fat. The less body fat you have (and the more manscaped you are in that area), the bigger Big Al is going to appear.
  7. Caffeine consumption — caffeine increases blood flow and relaxes the muscles responsible for getting Big Al big & strong.
