In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says that he usually wears sunscreen all summer long — 30 SPF minimum. He’s a fan of the spray.
Alpha’s wife has had skin cancer twice — as well as she has other questionable spots. She has a lighter complexion with freckles, but every skin type needs to be protected! Even Alpha’s assistant, Debbie, has had skin cancer. If you have something you’re not sure of, have the spot checked by a dermatologist. And make sure to wear sunscreen AND REAPPLY! Protect yourself!
