Aaron Marino of alpha m. has a great idea to add comfort to your men’s dress shoes.

Take the inserts out of your old sneakers before donating your running shoes. Add the sneaker inserts to the bottom of your dress shoes. When Aaron buys dress shoes, he buys them a half size bigger knowing he’s going to add the sneaker insert. Walking around is more comfortable. If you are on your feet all day, it’s well worth the change.
