What’s stopping you from unlocking your true potential
1. Your friends — whether or not you’ve known them since you’re a child, you can outgrow your friends. They might be right for that time, but you may grow apart as you age. If you are stuck in the same circle of friends doing the same things, you may never reach your goals or potential.
2. Seeking validation and approval from others — we want others to like us and give us positive feedback. But you can stop chasing validation by helping other people instead.
3. What you weigh — there’s nothing more discouraging than busting your ass and then not losing weight.
