Alpha is at LA Fitness, meeting Steve to blast their backs! In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaMAaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro  is giving you something to try next time you do back.

To maximize the results of this workout, only rest 30 to 40 seconds between sets. Personally, he feels you can get more accomplished and work the muscles better with this amount of rest. The workout is fast which he can get out of the gym in 45-minutes. If you want to increase intensity, cut down on your rest & kick ass! Good luck!

  • 4 sets of pull ups (2 close grip then 2 wide grip) – 10 to 15 reps per set
  • 4 sets of seated rows – 10 to 12 reps per set
  • 3 sets of pull downs (hammer strength or lat pull downs) – 8 to 12 reps per set
  • 3 sets of one arm dumbbell rows – 8 to 12 reps per set
  • 3 sets of pull ups which you will superset with stiff arm push downs – complete what you can because you will be *done* at this point.

 

Quick, down, and dirty! 45 minutes is all that took. Use a weight that is challenging (10 reps). If you can go to 12 reps and it’s pretty easy, increase the weight. Alpha’s leaves after this workout to do cardio in his target zone since his system is empty. He’s going to shred that fat to get abs this summer!
