Killer Leg Superset
… and, yes, you need to do legs. Or are you one of those dudes who works only the **mirror** muscles? Aaron Marino of alpha m. says it’s a fact that you have to work your entire body for symmetry.
This is one of Alpha’s favorite leg sets! Remember that it’s all about proper form:
- Start with leg press. With leg press, don’t go super heavy. Instead, use better form and go slowly for high intensity reps. Do 20-reps.
- Grab dumbbells thereafter and lunge with chest up. Do 10 lunges down and then 10 lunges back.
- Take a break for about 1-minute.
- Repeat 2 -3 times
