In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro and Fashion Anchor shows everyone the new home of Pete & Pedro. Alpha was excited about this space — but now that he has it, he’s crazy emotional.
History of Pete and Pedro
Pete and Pedro was started 4 years ago. He developed the line because he was frustrated that he couldn’t find an entire line of products which he liked. Stephen Posta and Alpha developed 5 starting products, and Alpha shipped out of his bedroom. His inventory was 96 of each product, and it took 4 months to sell through that inventory. Two years ago, he outgrew the spare bedroom. He found an office to ship Pete and Pedro out of which was great until now.
Present Office
The present office doesn’t have a loading dock. Shipments are extremely difficult to get up the ramp and to unload. The other issue is that the storage is limited. In the last 6 months, orders have increased, and the office is overloaded. Recently, after some promotions, a big shipment came in, and it was gone in two days. It’s been crazy, stressful, and awesome.
New Home Sweet Home
The new warehouse is huge, and he’s planning on shifting the shipping department over to this location. The space also has a loading dock and offices. Another person or two may be hired as well. Alpha reiterates that it’s scary because it is a lease — the last lease he signed was his fitness center that didn’t work. But at the same time, it’s incredible. It’s symbolic — of perseverance.
He remembers like yesterday when he was at his lowest point – his businesses were failing and he was driving a beer cart to make ends to meet. A lot can change in 10 years. He has an office, and he now has this space. He’s thankful. He’s thankful that he has to get this warehouse, and he’s thankful for all of you for making this possible. He’s also proud of himself for never giving up.
