He had a year of build-up (the episode was filmed a year ago) and had all of that time to think about it and plan. Now that it’s over, he’s thinking ‘what’s next?’ He had the same feelings after body building events.
Big event let-down is normal, but it sucks. When something big is built-up and then it’s over, you need something else to get excited about. In the next month, Alpha has the launch of Tiege Hanley to get excited about! He’s also excited about his 1 million subscribers YouTube plaque.
If you experience melancholy feelings like this after a big event, it takes time and a decompression period. You may feel a little bit bummed out even if everything is great. When an event is emotional and it passes, you may feel ‘lost’. Give it time, because it will pass. Your drive & hunger will appear once again!
