Alpha has fallen into bad sleep habits. He was getting 6-hours of sleep a night until his wife pointed out he looked tired. He felt sluggish and tired as well as he gained a little weight. He challenged himself to sleep 8-hours a night for 30-days.

How to get the best quality of sleep possible

Alpha aims to get into bed around 9:30pm with the following routine:

    • Cut caffeine at 2pm
    • Front-load water consumption to earlier in the day.
    • Take vitamins before bed.
    • Take a shower before bed as well as moisturize and brush teeth.
    • Knock the AC to 65, turn on the fan, and make the room dark.
    • Take CBD oil — Aaron started it a year ago specifically for stress, but it also has had a positive effect on his inflammation and quality of sleep.
    • Turn your phone upside down too.

Alpha’s 30-day results?

After 30-days of 8-hours of nightly sleep, he stopped using his alarm during this 30-day period. He lost 3 pounds of fat due to not munching late at night. He also was less stressed-out and had better recall & productivity. Another thing that happened is that he felt better and his dark circles went away.
