How to Snooze Like a Baby
- Keep to a sleep schedule – know what time to hit the sack and go to bed at that time. Be consistent and concise to enhance your sleep.
- Watch what you drink before bed including caffeine, water, and alcohol which Alpha discusses.
- Cool it down – keep your sleeping environment as cool as possible (less blankets, less clothing, AC, and fan). Research has shown staying as cool as possible is power and effective.
- Exercise during the day
- Don’t have your cell phone in the room – use an alarm clock. But if you do have your cell in the room, have it across the room and upside down.
