Alpha used to be in the nutrition business and has a strong foundation & understanding about supplements. He’s been taking them since childhood: multi, B complex, C, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and D3.

D3 is dynamite. It’s not D2 which is produced in plants. D2 is fat soluble like A, D, E, and K. You don’t want to have too much which can be toxic. D3, however, is produced by your skin when it’s exposed by the sun and not stored by fatty tissue.

D3 develops stronger bone by binding with calcium. It also helps with heart disease, elasticity of arteries, and blood pressure. Next, it reduces the risk of Type 2 diabetes too. It also has been shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers.

Alpha discusses how we cannot eat a balanced enough diet these days for the minimum necessity. Multi-vitamins that are found in the store are mostly sh!t. Alpha explains how. You want vitamins from whole foods or whole food concentrates. A multi-vitamin is a good foundation and building blocks.
