1. Your shower is too hot — super hot water is bad for your skin and hair. Turn it down to lukewarm tepid temps.
2. You use too much product (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) — a little goes a long way. Don’t waste your money by using too much.
3. You aren’t using a loofah or body puff — use a loofah or body puff with body wash to activate the product and in order to not use as much per shower. Loofahs and body pufss also exfoliate your body, removing dead skin cells and preventing ingrowns / blackheads / breakouts.
4. You’re not cleaning your crotch, butt, and feet properly — these are the areas that bacteria reside and can create musky nuts, swamp ass, and stinky feet.
5. You’re using the same soap on your body as your face — your facial skin is delicate and needs a sensitive product respectively.
6. You’re not showering as much as you should — you need to wash at least once a day.
