The other day, Alpha was in the grocery store witnessing a father shaking his 6 year old boy and telling him, “Boys don’t cry.” This situation caused a flashback for Alpha.
When he was around the same age, he listened to a song about crying being okay (“It’s Alright to Cry by Rosey Grier“). The song’s message still resonates with him today. The father at the grocery store was sending the wrong message.
