It would be incredible to be the guy who doesn’t give a flying fuck. Alpha doesn’t think it’s possible — or that it’s a good thing. What makes you happy, healthy, and successful is self reflection and self examination. Both are critical for developing as a dude. There aren’t people who don’t give a fuck — they may look like that they don’t give a fuck because of their presence — but they do give a fuck.
Tips for Not Giving a F#ck
- Identify between constructive (good but not always *right*) and destructive criticism
- Identify and eliminate toxic people in your life – if you can’t eliminate them (family or spouses for example), do what you need to do now but in the future, remove yourself. Surround yourself with supportive people who lift you up.
- Punch that negative voice in the face and tell it to fuck off
- Your past doesn’t dictate your future
- Believe in yourself (aka confidence!) – realize you’re an amazing person and are incredible.
