- Set multiple alarms – Alpha displays his series of alarms since he’s a snoozer.
- Set your phone out-of-reach if it’s the alarm (out of arm’s reach)
- Test your alarm before falling asleep
- Get an alarm clock – the obnoxious wind-up alarm clock with bells is the trick! Set it up across the room to boot.
- Go to bed at a reasonable hour – getting up at 5am is not natural for Alpha but he’s conditioned his body by sticking to a bedtime. Get up at the same time everyday too.
