Aaron Marino of alpha m. demonstrates how to resistance train without weights or a gym. Workout bands are alternatives to weights, are affordable, and can be used pretty much anywhere including when you are traveling or in the office.
The band resistance is determined by the thickness of the band. Get a medium to mid-range band because you can adjust the resistance. A set of bands for different options is optimal. Look for bands with removable handles. See below for a few of the band workout videos to get you started:
